I’m so excited to have enrolled onto the Breathe Education Clinical Pilates Diploma beginning in May!!

This is a year long, online course that is really going to enhance and improve my knowledge of the human body.

It is a science-based course that will help me to work with clients with pain, injury and medical conditions!

Ironically on the same day I am also travelling to the Netherlands to attend the Franklin Method Equestrian Lower Leg diploma. This will broaden my Franklin Method Equestrian skills and set me on the train to becoming a Level 2 educator. There are currently NO Franklin Method Equestrian Level 2 Educators anywhere in the world!

Well what just happened in the last year?! Well quite a lot for me! I am now a Level one Franklin Method Equestrian Educator having completed the FME Pelvis diploma late last year. Also in March of this year I certified as a Franklin Method Lower Back Fascia Trainer. Check out my events page for upcoming workshops.

I am so pleased to announce that I am now a Franklin Method Equestrian® Spine and Core Trainer!! This means that I can teach the Franklin Method® to riders both on and off the horse. The course I have completed is the first time the course has ever been run in the entire world!! I am currently working on running online workshops via Zoom until we can get cracking in real life 😁

What challenging times we are currently living in!! Never fear though as all classes are now being held online via Facebook live. Private sessions are also available via Zoom. Please contact me for details.

We now have Equipilates workshops planned in Market Rasen on Sunday the 9th of February and Scunthorpe on Sunday the 23rd of February.

In these workshops we will work on your alignment, breathing and centring as well as rider specific exercises.

Please contact me for more details

I am very excited to announce that in February 2020 I will be beginning a Franklin Method course. At the end of the training I will be a Franklin Method Equestrian Spine and Core Trainer. Franklin Method Equestrian uses cutting edge exercises, motivation and imagery to change your riding by changing your mind. I really can’t wait to get start and bring the Franklin Method to Grimsby!
